Documentation is a form of stewardship.
People responsible for a property make better decisions when they can return to a clear record of the place. Cawgen exists to create that record carefully and deliver it in a form that stays useful.
The practice

Cawgen is a Greater Boston property documentation practice serving managers, owners, agents, venues, and project teams. We work across photography, 3D capture, 360° imagery, and structured reporting.
The technology matters, but it is not the point. The point is to create an accurate, well-organized understanding of a physical place for the people who are responsible for it.
Care in the field
Coverage should be consistent, discreet, and respectful of the property and the people around it.
Clarity in delivery
The record should make sense when opened later by someone who was not present at the visit.
The name
Cawgen takes its name from the final syllables of Anmoughcawgen, a place name associated with the land now known as Cambridge.
